Transition is the first open-source framework I ever worked on. It is built to make implementing interactive interruptible custom ViewController transitions easier. Written entirely in Swift 3 and utilizing iOS 10 features, it is a modern framework. It was presented at CocoaHeadsNL in March 2017, and within a week it reached 500 stars on GitHub (and less than a week later a 1000).
